1. Definitions

You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

api123 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though in rare cases processing may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment method.

You must deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. api123 reserves the right to reverse any deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered User and may suspend the account pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, subject to account verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in your name. Processing times are typically within 24 hours for standard members, 12 hours for Silver VIP members, and 2 hours for Gold VIP members.

api123 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of anti-money laundering checks or investigation of potential terms violations.

5.3 Fees and Currency

api123 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any currency conversion required is handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rates.

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of account suspension or termination, any remaining real money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. api123 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected terms violations.
